Training
Regular exercise comes naturally to Ana. She has been active from a young age and, as a result, loves going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week.

Sometimes more often, sometimes less, depending on your busy modeling schedule. Besides strength training, Ana also does cardio.

Sometimes she will go for a run, other times she can go on a treadmill to mix things up.

Nutrition
When it comes to Ana’s diet, everything is clean and lean as with any fitness model. To stay in shape, eat lots of vegetables and lean protein.

Carbohydrates are limited only to complex sources like sweet potatoes and quinoa. Also, Ana does not eat carbohydrates throughout the day.

Instead, she only eats them for breakfast and after her workouts. Avoiding carbohydrates at night helps prevent spikes in blood sugar that she says could lead to poor sleep and weight gain.

Ana Paula Sáenz has been an active girl from a very young age. Her love of fitness and modeling has led her to start a successful career in these fields.

She enjoys her life to the fullest and is grateful to the fans who support her every step of the way. If there’s one thing to learn from Anna, it’s that no dream is too big as long as you work hard for it.
